Sign up to preparation camp is available only by sending the mail to info@hockeyacademy.si.

Needed informations for signing up:

• name and surname
• date of birth
• hometown
• hockey club
• jersey size
• stick L or R
• playing position

If you application form will be incomplete, we may reject it.

* - in case of insufficient number of participants, we will cancel the training camp.
